The 2024 United States House of Representatives elections in New Mexico will be held on November 5, 2024, to elect the three U.S. representatives from the State of New Mexico, one from all three of the state's congressional districts. The elections will coincide with the 2024 U.S. presidential election, as well as other elections to the House of Representatives, elections to the United States Senate, and various state and local elections. The primary elections are scheduled for June 4, 2024.

Background

New Mexico's map faced a lawsuit alleging partisan gerrymandering diluting the voting power of Republicans in the 2nd congressional district. A state judge ruled to keep the current map in place, and that decision was upheld by the New Mexico Supreme Court with all five justices stating that the congressional map was not an "egregious" gerrymander in a ruling on November 27, 2023.
