Hello Magentic Manifestations,
I'm part of a team that is researching ways to help Wikipedia editors find interesting content to contribute to Wikipedia. More specifically, we are investigating whether content from news sources can be used to enhance Wikipedia editing. We have created a tool, called wikiFeed, that allows you to specify Twitter and/or RSS feeds from news sources that are interesting to you. wikiFeed then helps you make connections between those feeds and Wikipedia articles. We believe that using this tool may be a lot of fun, and may help you come up with some ideas on how to contribute to Wikipedia in ways that interest you. Please participate! To do so, complete this survey and follow this link to our website. Once you're there, click the "create an account" link to get started.
For more information about wikiFeed, visit our project page. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask via my talk page, or by email at [email protected]. We appreciate your time and hope you enjoy playing with wikiFeed!

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

You currently appear to be engaged in an
edit war according to the reverts you have made on
Coimbatore Airport. Users are expected to
collaborate with others, to avoid editing
disruptively, and to
try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. — Abhishek Talk 13:10, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

While you're probably right that Erode city should be deleted, the speedy deletion criteria for redirects is exceedingly narrow (see WP:CSD#R2 and WP:CSD#R3). I think you have to take that one to WP:Redirects for discussion. I will put the article on my watchlist, however, to make sure the other editor doesn't try to keep using it as a WP:CONTENTFORK of Erode. Qwyrxian ( talk) 14:09, 15 February 2013 (UTC)

The article Mittu Chandilya has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{ prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hello, I'm Agasthyathepirate. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Tirupati without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. — Preceding undated comment added 06:32, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
Hi, Your edits to Tirupati on 16:53, 20 March 2015 are misleading and are biased. You have interchanged the places based on your interest and named it as cleanup. You have intentionally added information towards one region/language. my talk page comment added 10:07, 31 March 2015
Hello Magentic Manifestations,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Srikanth Balachandran for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Tyrannosaurhex ( talk) 20:53, 26 April 2015 (UTC)

Hi this is to inform you about an edit war by some people who doesn't know anything regarding the matter. /info/en/?search=List_of_Indian_cities_by_GDP_(per_capita)
Here according to reliable sources like Indian express Bangalore per capita income comes highest among Indian cities and is calculated and edited correctly. But some guys most probably from delhi and surrounding areas doesn't like Bangalore being on top of the list and is editing back to delhi as in the first position again and again. Here I have provided the Indian express as reliable source and still these guys are trying to find silly reasons and reverting back to delhi in first position. These guys dont know anything about the economics terms such as Per capita GDP, PPP GDP, per capia income and others. If you read the edit history and talks you can clearly understand it. These guys want delhi in first position even though in reality Bangalore's per capita is much higher. They have put a brookings report which is an ultimate blunder, in which Bangalore cities per capita is shown as lesser than karnataka state's. It should be actually many times higher and I have put the Indian express as source and calculated the present per capita from it using the growth rate. Every time I edit it they re edit it. So I request you to protect the page and make it non editable after making the Bangalores per capita income as 7500 dollars as I have done. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Samsam111 ( talk • contribs) 11:14, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
Brookings institution report is an utter rubbish and they are not as credible as Karnataka government report. You explain me one thing, how come Karnataka state pr capita and Bangalore city per capita be the same. One more thing per capita of the whole nation is almost same as these major cities per capita. All these major cities per capita should be much higher. Brookings took the state per capita and put it as the capital cities per capita. What is brookings, just a foreign agency producing utter foolish report. I don't believe in their rubbish cheap report. Tell me one more thing where they are getting report. If I find this kind of utter foolishness I have to edit it. How can you say Indian express report which is from India is less credible than a foreign agency report. What is your proof. Manipal university is the most credible in India and inside karnataka. Brookings is no where near as credible. There are also two sourses one from governemnt of Karnataka and other from Manipal university learning. I dont think Brookings rubbish report is as credible as the other two. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 114.134.8.24 ( talk) 21:42, 12 October 2015 (UTC)
Hi. Please leave an edit summary when you remove/replace large chunks of text. Thanks for your work on these articles. Appreciate it. - NQ (talk) 19:03, 30 June 2015 (UTC)
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on PSG Group requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. | Naypta talk opened his mouth at 15:08, 2 July 2015 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with PSG Group. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Whilst in this case you're right, the article no longer deserves an A7 CSD (and as such I will not replace it), it's very poor form to delete your own CSD. Instead, use comments on the talk page for review when an admin looks, or contact the person who placed the CSD on (e.g. me in this case). Thanks! | Naypta talk opened his mouth at 15:37, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

Hi Magnetic Manifestations, Thanks for your efforts in keeping the quality of the content on wikipedia, stellar. I had made edits to the IIMB Alumni list and added names Rajiv and Ashish to the "business" category. This has been pulled down repeatedly. I reverted your March edit. Links die all the time, if we took out all the data that was now not visible, we would have only a shadow of the Wikipedia we have. Please view WP:LINKROT - note Do not delete cited information solely because the URL to the source does not work any longer.. As it happens the data is available on the archive, it just needs someone to repair the page. http://web.archive.org/web/20130125073742/http://thestatesman.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=438094&catid=44 Ronhjones (Talk) 00:05, 25 August 2015 (UTC)

Hello there.. Looks like you're adding back images to the article List of active Indian military aircraft. If you dig into the history of the article, you'll see the images previously in the article. To answer why those images were removed, you'd have to take a look here. Please attain consensus in Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Aviation before re-adding the images. Please leave an wp:edit summary with your edits? If you forget to leave edit summaries as I do, you can set a check box under your Preferences/Editor/General options/Warn me when I leave an edit page with unsaved changes. I find it annoying but quite useful. Edit summaries do help find edits in the wp:page history and let WP:RCP editors know why you made the change. Thanks! Jim1138 ( talk) 19:21, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
