Howmeh Rural District ( Persian: دهستان حومه) is in the Central District of Qeshm County, Hormozgan province, Iran. [3] It is administered from the city of Dargahan. [4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 22,141 in 4,745 households. [5] There were 26,106 inhabitants in 6,288 households at the following census of 2011. [6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 25,617 in 6,864 households. The largest of its 13 villages was Tula, with 5,874 people. [2]
