Thanks for uploading Image:Halivni.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are
open content,
public domain, and
fair use. Find the appropriate template in
Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
.
Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. -- Carnildo 11:44, 31 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Halivni.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

If you want an image deleted, you could add {{db-reason|Uploaded in error}}, or just ask a passing admin. Guy 15:54, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
You drink bubble tea?!?! I suppose it is your right!!! Have you ever tried that drink ORbitz (which no longer exists)?? ... (Bubble tea is the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted!!) Shalom - Abscissa 14:40, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
That was really nice to hear, happy to meet you. Amoruso 19:44, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
Hi Valley,
It seems to have been deleted in error. Try uploading it again, and let me know when you do so I can fix any copyright info. Cheers, Tewfik Talk 00:40, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
Hi, I noticed you changed the border to a yellow color. Can you please point to a precedent? I checked out some other countries' WikiProjects and they don't seem to even have a userbox. I fail to understand why an Israel-related project must have a yellow border. The color needs to be at least somewhat symbolically relevant. -- Ynhockey ( Talk) 19:15, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
You've placed a notice on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Jewish history about that article. What in particular do you see as a problem? Beit Or 10:00, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
I made the redirect Disengagement into a speedy deletion, because there had already been a vote for it. You can object on the talk page, but I will strongly object to the "confiscation" of the term for the Israel disengagement plan. It is a common general term and should remain that way. Andries 18:32, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
To answer some of your questions to me, please read the following Wikipedia:Redirects_for_deletion/Redirect_Archives/May_2006#disengagement_.E2.86.92_Israel.27s_unilateral_disengagement_plan Andries 23:00, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
You recently edited the Epoch (reference date) article to state "The world was created around 3761 BCE (the year 0 in Judaism). The year, as of Rosh Hashanah 2006, is 5767."
First, I would like to ask if you can supply a source for this information? Information should be verifiable in a reliable source to remain in Wikipedia. Second, does your source indicate if these particular numbers are observed by all Jews, or if it varies by belief or region. Finally, you might want to rephrase it to state that Jews place the creation of the world in 3761 BCE, rather stating as a fact that the world was created in 3761 BCE; I seriously doubt you will get agreement even among all Jews that the world was actually created in 3761 BCE, never mind all the other readers of Wikipedia. -- Gerry Ashton 17:38, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

Hello there. I see on the We Didn't Start The Fire page that you reverted my deletion. I really don't understand why jews, but not other ethnic or religious groups, should be listed this way - it seems very POV. And if you check the discussion page, you'll see that I wasn't the only one who felt this way. Rather than just rv your rv, I was hoping you could make a convining argument, preferably on that page so a consensus can be reached. Take care, Rasi2290

Hello, Valley2city/Archive 1. Over at WikiProject Harry Potter we're trying to compile a list of active participants. Your name, along with all other project participants, has been placed on the inactive list. If you'd like to get involved again, please place your name back on the active list, and take a look at the project talk page for the latest happenings. |

As the article stands at the moment, I'm afraid it's not suitable. Clearly the camp exists. Why is it notable? The article needs to both establish the camp's importance, if it has any, and provide referenced proof of that importance. Proto:: ► 22:45, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

I noticed you put a notability template on User_talk:Gulabjaman's talk page. Their creation of Sab Sey Bari Chawal was clearly an attack page. Perhaps an attack template would have been more appropriate. RichMac (Talk) 06:22, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

Ah I kept on forgetting to respond to your comment. Thanks for your long comment on my talk page, it is appreciated since I spend a lot time doing each editor reviews. ...is being observed this year on Monday,
April 16, starting the evening before. (It seems your flyer was not in error after all.) I've added some further explanation at the
Main Page Errors page for the sake of clarification, and in hopes the maintainers of On this day... will publish the corrected date tomorrow.
Pharos has posted a pair of external links to the Israeli press there, and I'm adding that of the
Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs website in English, so I wanted to bring this to your attention as well. -- Thanks,

Further: Regarding the upcoming
Memorial Day and
Israel Independence Day: my locally-printed calendar shows these on
April 23 and
24, a Monday and Tuesday respectively (i.e. starting Sunday in the evening). I'll confirm with the appropriate authorities—which will probably take the remainder of this week—and report back to you and to the
"On this day..." editors, and also update the respective pages. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. --

Hi - I see you have recently created a new stub type. As it states at Wikipedia:Stub, at the top of most stub categories, and in many other places on Wikipedia, it is recommended that new stub types are proposed prior to creation at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals, in order to check whether the new stub type is already covered by existing stub types, whether it is named according to stub naming guidelines, whether it reaches the standard threshold for creation of a new stub type, and whether it crosses existing stub type hierarchies. Your new stub type is currently listed at WP:WSS/D - please feel free to make any comments there as to any rationale for this stub type. And please, in future, consider proposing new stub types first! Grutness... wha? 01:04, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for making a report about Patrickwhatley ( talk · contribs · block log) on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reporting and removing vandalism is vital to the functioning of Wikipedia and all users are encouraged to revert, warn, and report vandalism. However, administrators are generally only able to block users if they have received a recent final warning (one that mentions that the user may be blocked) and they have recently vandalized after that warning was given. The reported user has not yet been blocked because it appears this has not occurred yet. If this user continues to vandalize even after their final warning, please report them to the AIV noticeboard again. In this particular case, the user has only made an edit to wikipedia:introduction after the final warning, and that area is supposed to be edited by new users. It's probably a good idea to keep an eye on this one, though. Thanks! — coel acan — 07:13, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

About the warning you issued to Janjanthecheerleadingman ( talk · contribs), if the original author blanks an article that is already CSD tagged, you shouldn't revert it and warn the user, but instead change the tag to {{ db-blanked}}. And just another suggestion, you might want to {{ welcome}} new editors so that their first message is something friendly instead of a warning. We want people to want to help out, even if their first edit was a mistake. =) -- Gogo Dodo 04:05, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
What is your opinion on this matter, Talk:Israeli lira#Requested move? Epson291 08:07, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
Dear Valley2city,
Thank you for applying for NPWatcher! Unfortunately, your application has been declined because I've checked your contribution, the concerns raised and I prefer to wait. Actually I cannot be sure that you understand totally the CSD policy. Sometimes you forgot to warn users that you have tagged page created by them as CSD, sometimes you mistake CSD reason. Nothing personally, feel free to resubmit your application in two weeks. Happy editing ;-)
