The Succession box notes that Kellogg served under president Hoover. This is only technically correct. Hoover was inaugurated on March 4, 1929 and Kellogg's resignation was effective March 28, 1929. It's clear that Kellogg was only keeping the seat warm and the lights on for Stimson. If this is "serving" then I guess we can claim that Kellogg served Hoover.-- RedJ 17 13:22, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
