Haram Rud-e Olya Rural District ( Persian: دهستان حرم رود عليا) is in the Central District of Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran. [3] Its capital is the village of Mehrabad. [4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,251 in 2,106 households. [5] There were 8,107 inhabitants in 2,415 households at the following census of 2011. [6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,555 in 2,380 households. The most populous of its 20 villages was Hajjiabad, with 1,877 people. [2]
