Fedagh Rural District ( Persian: دهستان فداغ) [3] is in the Central District of Gerash County, Fars province, Iran. [4] Its capital is the village of Fedagh. [5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Gerash District of Larestan County) was 5,210 in 1,027 households. [6] There were 5,944 inhabitants in 1,562 households at the following census of 2011, [7] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Gerash County. [4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,689 in 1,992 households. The most populous of its 21 villages was Fedagh, with 6,533 people. [2]
