I'm an avid gardener in the desert southwest. My two favorite past times are hiking and cooking. I'm interested in editing Wikipedia and inspiring others to do so. I'd also like to host editing events to raise awareness of editing/creating biographies for equity, inclusion and diversity.

I have been editing Wikipedia for a long time but I have only recently signed up for an account. I usually edit pages about Foreign Cinema, the Near East, The United States, South Africa the Soviet Union and South Asia. I have created a few articles and would really appreciate advice from any seasoned Wikipedians here.
