Number of references stopped me simply CsDing this, but they are mostly simply credits of his work (ie routine) & I see nothing that establishes notability. Created by new editor who has created several similar quasi-promotional articles.

Delete Citations, with few exceptions, the cited references indicate that Alain received stylist credit for a photo shoot. The few exceptions are instances when Alain was sought by a journalist as the "expert" to give some hair-styling tips. None of this indicates any significant coverage of Alain.

Delete - no evidence of notability, and promotional to boot.

Delete notability is not transferred. Hair and makeup by Cody Alain is not coverage. --

Delete - he's a barber. No real significant coverage in sources.

Delete one of many articles (re!) created by the same PR agency of a non-notable individual.
