Deleted by PROD back in 2011. It's been recreated but still has no sources and I can't find any significant coverage for this particular "all-time table" (and last I checked the consensus was these types of articles weren't notable anyway).

I should also note that the bulk of the article is transcluded via
Template:All-time AFC Champions League table. If the result of this discussion is delete the template should also be done away with.

Delete - per GS, plus
WP:NOTSTATS. The reason this is a notstats failure is because there are no sources discussing such a table is because this is not a competition format that is recorded in any official capacity.
