Carnegie Branch Library (Meridian, Mississippi). This is the library built for African-Americans. Both it and the one built for whites were NRHP-listed in 1979. This one was demolished in 2008.and the former African American library was demolished on May 28, 2008.[1]

Ravennaside is reported by NRIS to have date of significance of 1805 and to be Greek Revival in style. It was built c.1900 and is Classical Revival in style, per its NRHP document. Perhaps there are older outbuildings on the property. See NRHP document for
Downriver Residential Historic District and for
Ravenna (Natchez, Mississippi), too. --

Town location issues
I. T. Montgomery House, listed May 11, 1976 is listed in NRIS as being in "Mount Bayou", Mississippi, when it is actually in
Mound Bayou, Mississippi. Other NRHP listings show correctly in Mound with D rather than Mount with T.

Byram Bridge, listed: May 23, 1979, location: Old Byram and Florence Rd., in
Byram, Mississippi, is listed in NRIS as being in "Bryam" rather than "Byram". Another NRHP is listed correctly in Byram.

The
Ripley Historic District in Ripley is listed as being "Roughly bounded by North St., siddall St., MS and Middle St." Capitalise "Siddall" and perhaps expand "MS"; as far as I can see, there's no Mississippi St. or Ave. or anything else by that name in the city.

The
Waterways Experiment Station in Vicksburg is listed as being "Roughly boinded by Spillway, Durden Creek, Tennessee Rd., and Dam Spillway"; correct "boinded" to "bounded".

The location of
Southwest Holly Springs Historic District in Holly Springs, MS, is described as "Bounded by S. Center, S. Memphis, and Craft Sts., Marbury Ct., and Ghulahoma, Gholson, Elder and Mason Aves." There exists a HABS pic of a house on Chulahoma Street. Google maps shows E. and W. Chulahoma Avenues. Apparently "Ghulahoma" in the Southwest Holly Springs HD's description is a typo for "Chulahoma".

East Clinton Historic District location is listed as "Roughly bounded by the Illinois Gulf Railroad, E. Collerm Landrum, E. Main, and New Prospect Sts." Looking at a map, I assume that it's supposed to be "Roughly bounded by the Illinois Gulf Railroad, E. College, Landrum, E. Main, and New Prospect Sts. Also, the county identified for this listing is Rankin. It should be Hinds. --

While I know that we're not normally reporting coordinates errors, I believe that we should report mistaken coords for the Downtown Cleveland Historic District (Boundary Increase), which is listed as being at 2127537610°30′742170348748850″N 1799742532°58′30691836297216000″W: that's over two billion degrees and over seven hundred trillion seconds of latitude and nearly two billion degrees and thirty quadrillion seconds of longitude.

The first latitude converts to 2.08x10^11 degrees. Since a degree of latitude is about 60 nautical miles (1852 meters exactly), that's about 2.3x10^16 meters, about two and half light years, halfway to the nearest star other than Sol. Or, keeping things closer to home, a little less than 600 million times around the Earth. . . . . Jim . . . .
