In
Benton, Arkansas in Saline County, there are two places named Gann House and Gann Building (each with 2 N's), then a newer historic district listing named Gan Row Historic District which includes them (with Gan spelled having just 1 N). It seems likely that the historic district name should be Gann Row Historic District. These are:
Gan Row Historic District, listed February 05, 1999, Bounded by Pine, Market, Maple and S. Main Sts., Benton
Gann Building, October 21, 1975, located 218 S. Market St., Benton
Gann House, listed January 02, 1976, located S. Market St., Benton
Although this reasoning is not 100% sure, i am going to change the wikipedia name to
Gann Row Historic District, pending confirmation from the National Register. If it should in fact be Gan Row, then there will be renaming/reversals to make in wikipedia.

http://www.arkansaspreservation.com/National-Register-Listings/PDF/MO0051.nr.pdf shows "Jefferies". It is an NRIS data entry typo. This followup note added upon the error being

Noel Owen Neal House, also known as Grace Fisher House, reported in NRIS as being listed on January 26, 2006, located at 184 Blue Bayou Rd. S,
Nashville, Arkansas, was in fact removed from the National Register on that date, according to the
Weekly listings for February 3, 2006. It is also incorrectly shown as NRHP-listed by www.nationalregisterofhistoricplaces.com which echoes the NRIS information. The removal had been recorded in the state list-article.

Eastern Star Lodge 207 F&AM near St. Francis is listed as being "Approx. 1.5 mi. W on Cty Rte. 336, then 0.5 S ib Cty Rte. 347" — "ib" is clearly a typo for "on" ["i" and "b" are next left of "o" and "n" on a normal keyboard, and "on" fits better in the context than any other word], so correct.
