These seem to be SPAs intent on promoting Chinese companies. Itpediaoo started expanding Man Wah Holdings Limited right after Leonardo8964 was blocked as a sock of 123Aristotle. There is overlap between this group of editors and the ones already blocked at Che Jianxin, Wong Man Li, Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Limited, and the deletion discussion for Joseph Shen. Since I only noticed this while checking for previous deletions and links to the page; I'll enter this report, and let other people take it from here.   • 123Aristotle is on a proxy, and Isabellegao888 also seems to be on a (different) proxy.
  •  Confirmed to each other:
  • KommossMM and Biyadishamo are  Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely) to the above and  Likely to Kaunkun13143 from the previous case. Based on geolocation, 独之占鳌头, who was blocked in the other previous case, seems  Possible to the ones I checked. Dchamp59 and Zeeshanalam242, as far as I can tell, are Red X Unrelated to anyone. I blocked Cool-ying, Luoshichang, and Aomonengzhu without tags, but someone else can add them when they figure out the difference between Xuan98xuan and 123Artistotle.       • @ GeneralizationsAreBad: The key behavioral aspect which I used to connect 无英雄的英雄 to Xuan98xuan was the recreation of a page relating to a Chinese musician "Wang Shuxuan". Compare [5] (by 无英雄的英雄) to [6] (by Xuan98xuan) – they're the same text, which quacked for me. Given the CheckUser result here, we can see a pattern of creating articles/drafts related to Chinese people, especially businesspeople: Weijirenren, 我滴那个神, Shabi256 (same subject as 我滴那个神), Rrrp666p (also the same subject as 我滴那个神), Aomonengzhu. The behavior is similar enough that I believe Xuan98xuan is indeed a part of this group of socks. Mz7 ( talk) 21:15, 23 November 2017 (UTC) reply
      • As for the difference between Xuan98xuan and 123Artistotle, I'm not familiar with the latter, but it seems that they also tend to create drafts relating to Chinese businesspeople: Draft:Tiger Pan, Zhu Jingyi (artist), Wang Chun.       • @ GeneralizationsAreBad: the method I used to merge the other cases (keeping the archives separate) was probably ill-advised. I don't really know what the alternative is that won't result in a jumbled mess of an archive, but it seems to me from a few frustrating interactions that the location of the archives is of more interest to CheckUsers than it is to clerks (and more important to them than archive history coherence) so I'd confer with them for advice. Firstly, On Apr 15 2018, Assezde.Paroles, the socket puppet of 123Aristotle ( comfirmed by zhwp's cuer), voted at Chinese Wikipedia's AfD ( diff url).

Translation:

This sort of statement behavior attempts to prove that an item has noteability is exactly the same as what User:07989Didyoueatanything did before ( diff url). Based on my understanding of this user's behavior, User:07989Didyoueatanything is probably 123Aristotle's socket puppet.

Secondly, the user 07989Didyoueatanything created Liu_Youju just 3 days after Hola.Spada.Verso.il.Sorriso created the same one on Chinese Wikipedia. According to the fact that article Liu Youju on Chinese Wikipedia is likely a press release, and the username Hola.Spada.Verso.il.Sorriso is similar to User:Leonardo Di Ser Piero Da Finci (the socket puppet of 123Aristotle), I wonder if 07989Didyoueatanything is also a socket puppet.

  • Assezde.Paroles and 07989Didyoueatanything are  Confirmed to each other. They also appear to be the same as socks from 2017. I've blocked both without tags. Chaopi and PasPenny.S appear to be technically Red X Unrelated to each other and to the other two. I believe that –revi checked only data at zh.wiki and apparently found sufficient evidence of socking by those two accounts based on the blocks at zh.wiki. I would take that into consideration, along with behavior, and if they are behaviorally persuasive, block them. Exact same MO as the previous socks: numerous pointless and sneaky edits to get to autoconfirmed (All he did to CBS Interactive was inserting citations, but if you look carefully these were already cited in the article. For List of songs recorded by Zubeen Garg he simply reversed the order of a chronological table.), then creates a promotional article on a Chinese subject - in this case the creator of a "new" cancer treatment scheme with a prominent weblink in the infobox.   2. Sadmnmn created AMTD_Group, where COI templates were persistently removed by Connectedtech and Regaliaman. Fingururu and Samchong89 also edited this article.
  3. Samchong89, Fingururu, Regaliaman, Seeyoulaterxyz, Sadmnmn and Connectedtech all edited Calvin Choi.
  4. Seeyoulaterxyz translated Marcellus Wong (created by Fingururu) to Chinese Wikipedia zh:王锐强, Samchong89 translated Calvin Choi (Created by Sadmnmn) to zh:蔡志坚
  5. There was one warning related to Calvin_Choi on Sadmnmn's talk page on zhwiki
  6. Both Seeyoulaterxyz and Fingururu created their user page with hello and a sign, which is similiar to what 123A does.

  • zhwiki sysop has already blocked these accounts because they are the socks of 123Aristotle per duck test. Secondly, Susan2019's editing behavior in enwiki is similar to the sock of 123Aristotle, such as Ky2020 and Hahaorz. Behaviourally, they have no connection with the sockermaser based on en-wiki edit (two accounts had no edit at all). But viewing the editing of Susan2019 in zh-wiki, yet seem another SPA for the deleted AMTD Group article (the company may pass WP:NCORP, just full of paid editor(s) to recreate it). Hire different person as paid editors, technically not a block evasion (as observed by change in tone in each recreated draft and article of the company in en-wiki), but seem blockable as blatantly paid editing. Cross-wiki long-term covert advertising. Most of articles are of low or just no notability. WP:CITEBOMB all the time with low-quality press releases and irrelevant sources.

To make themselves innocent, these accounts tend to write (or translate) a bunch of non-advertising stubs about reservoirs, waterfalls, mountains, rivers, power stations, Chinese newspapers, etc,. consecutively.

On zhwiki, some of these accounts follow the same pattern: anonymous IP accounts create advertising articles; when such articles are nominated for deletion or marked as not meeting Notability, they remove deletion templates and/or vote for Keep in deletion discussions a few days later; IP accounts add more advertising words another a few days later. On enwiki, they never or seldom participate in discussions.

When warned for advertising, some of them tend to remove warnings selectively from their talk pages.

Some of these accounts have intersections with identified sockpuppets of 123A. And some have intersections with each other.

It takes some luck and coincidence to list them here. So it is predictable there are more unidentified active sockpuppets to be found.

  • Lyous AWN
  • Olight, which contains WP:CITEBOMB, and was edited by 1989ChenKongkong1225 and Democracy Never Dies (see the meta SRCU below).
  • Created a bunch of non-advertising articles for temples in China, Chinese traditional weapons, etc,.
  • KoNYofParking
  • HUION with similar CITEBOMB. The subject under the alternative name "Huion" has been deleted multiple times [20] (seemingly involved with another PAID account DoratomGo [21], which appears to be unrelated to 123A, active in viwiki ).
  • Decades of non-advertising articles for waterfalls, corridors, rock paintings, plains, mountains, other geographical features mainly in China, historical Chinese political terms etc,.

    I don't normally request to block stale accounts, but some of these accounts have remained dormant for a long time before reactivating (e.g. [24]), the behavioural evidence is clear, and there is a lot of spam that ought to be G5d. Therefore, Pink clock Awaiting administrative action - please indef PQZZKYSOUSips, Hiarus Jrneoliuos, TimyReading, LyousAWN, KoNYofParking, and BigSétan. I do not think there is sufficient behavioural evidence to block 識時務者為俊傑 as they have no contribs on enwiki. This account would be better dealt with through zhwiki processes. These three accounts were created several months ago, but only began editing in January/February 2022, shortly after the blocks of a large group of socks from this farm [25]. Each account made a number of minor edits to game ACPERM and then created fully-formed articles about likely-UPE topics in mainspace. See contribs [26] [27] [28], article creations [29] [30] [31] [32] [33]. The behaviour is somewhat different from the last batch of socks reported here, in that they don't also create articles about non-spammy topics to cover up their UPE activity. However, I believe these accounts are related to 123Aristotle based on the subject matter of their creations (brands with a presence in Asia - compare to known Aristotle123 creations such as Barenbliss, QCY (brand), Olight, Zepp (brand), etc.) and a number of idiosyncrasies in the way they create articles and the sources they cite, which I don't want to disclose in public but can explain to CUs/clerks privately if it's not obvious.   • OK, the CU results aren't quite what I was expecting, but based on behaviour, I'm quite certain that these 3 accounts belong to the same operator and if they're not the same as previous 123Aristotle socks, they're at least WP:MEAT for the same UPE operation. I'm happy to explain why privately if it's unclear, but there are a number of weird things going on here that I don't believe can be explained away as coincidences.
