Comment. The article is poorly written, but this village/town is verifiable and better sources exist (
[1][2] to name just a couple). Searching for Tuomo Delta Nigeria is much more productive then Tuomo Town.

Keep. It's a populated town or village; it's verifiable. Yes, the article could do with a bit of polish, but there is nothing that makes a rural Nigerian village inherently less notable than a rural British or Canadian or US village.
