Keep - The reviews provided in the external links section should demonstrate notability. If the article is not considered sufficiently developped, it should be merged/redirected to the corresponding section on the
Celldweller article
here.

Reviews of 2 volumes on CDBaby (a store), 1 review of 1 volume in ReGen, an online music magazine, and 1 review of 1 volume in the ReGen blog (not in their regular reviews section). And, really, the CDBaby reviews should be removed from the article. Certainly any sourced content that is noteworthy in the career of Celldweller should be merged to the parent article. As the article in question amounts to little more than a track list, that shouldn't prove difficult.

Delete: insufficient independent 3rd party coverage, non-notable.

Weak delete – there's some coverage in the magazine link provided, but that's it; the CDBaby links do not strike me as reliable. I don't think notability has been sufficiently established.

Please explain how "see what reviews and where" fits
WP:MUSIC, your meaning is unclear.
