WP:NSPORTS does not have any specific guidance for darts nor is there notability guidance at
WP:DARTS so
WP:GNG applies without any presumption of notability. I see no indication that this person passes
WP:GNG. There are a few passing mentions on the web and he shows up on darts stats sites but that is not sufficient. Nor has he won any major tournaments from which he could derive notability. A single article discussing his debut is not sufficient.

Keep:
WP:SPORTCRIT suggests that a sports figure is likely to meet
WP:BASIC if they have participated in a major international amateur or professional competition at the highest level; which North, as a competitor at the
2018 PDC World Darts Championship, has. Furthermore, North has received coverage, both about him as an individual (
[1][2][3]) and as coverage of his performances in professional tournaments, including reaching the final of one tournament (
[4]) and qualifying for a number of major tournaments (
[5][6])

Keep though just barely enough. He's appeared in tournaments where all the participants are generally notable, and the coverage OZOO found is enough for me.

Keep. Refs identified by OZOO are OK, those in the article not.
