WP:PEOPLE. I quote: "For people, the person who is the topic of a biographical article should be 'worthy of notice' or 'note'—that is, 'remarkable' or 'significant, interesting, or unusual enough to deserve attention or to be recorded' within Wikipedia as a written account of that person's life."

WP:GNG. The sources comprise a press release written by a promoter, an entry at Companies House, a staff list at a University website, and a couple of dead links that I've been unable to resurrect. I've got more significant coverage in independent sources than he has, and I'm about as unnotable as it's possible to be. --

Delete Notability is not satisfied. The links show nothing useful and searches show more of the same. I can't tell if the article was created as a promotion or an attack ("Reports Of Misrepresentation") but neither would be useful.

Delete can’t be bothered to search the history to see if this page is an attack or vanity, but either ways, it is non notable and of interest to no one.Giano(talk) 19:45, 20 November 2018 (UTC)reply
Delete. Appears to have originally created as a promotional article (the original editor never edited again, after having created two articles - which is practically the modus operandi of many paid editors of the era). Notability not satisfied, fails
GNG.
