The subject doesn't meet WP:GNG, WP:BIO, WP:NSPORT. The claim to fame seems to be on obscure records without any verification, participating in obscure championships. The claim for Asian indoor marathon record is utter nonsense. First of all their is no verification, Asian Athletics doesn't even track that event [1]. No substantial coverage in any RS.
