  • Delete After extensive searches, I do not find the type of sources that establish notability under our guidelines. The organization has appeared in many prestigious and notable events but WP:NOTINHERITED applies. Articles in RS usually are little more than passing mentions of the sort: "Marching bands that are expected to be present [at X parade] include..." Actual discussion of the organization appears to be limited to message boards and pipe band fan communities. No reasonable redirect or merge target appears to be available.
