Contested PROD. Concern was Article about a footballer who fails WP:GNG and who has not played in a fully pro league. PROD was contested by the articles creator on the grounds that he played for the Irish U-21 team, and that he would play in a fully-pro league in the future. WP:NSPORT explicitly excludes youth football as a source notability, and the fact that speculation as to future appearances does not confer notability is a long standing consensus. - Comment - "PROD was contested by the articles creator on the grounds that.....he would play in a fully-pro league in the future." - actually that part of the contesting was on the grounds that he will (possibly) play in the National League next season.......which isn't a fully pro league -- ChrisTheDude ( talk) 17:46, 16 May 2015 (UTC)

- Delete - Fails WP:NFOOTY as has not played senior international football nor played in a fully professional league. No indication that subject has garnered significant reliable coverage for any other achievements to satisfy GNG. Fenix down ( talk) 08:36, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
