• Keep - meets WP:GNG with the references listed in the article, such as [1]. There's 27 other references in the Spanish version of the article es:Júnior Lacayo; haven't looked at them, but given the headlines, hard to imagine there isn't a second one on either the English of Spanish page that also doesn't meet WP:GNG.

• Delete - Fails WP:NFOOTY as has not played senior international football nor played in a fully professional league. No indication that subject has garnered significant reliable coverage for any other achievements to satisfy GNG. There appears to be some level of coverage, but the simple fact is that this individual has played only a handful of games of football in a league not deemed to be fully professional. • Keep - Satisfies the GNG due to significant coverage in multiple reliable sources (see the Diario Deportivo Mas, El Siglo de Torreon or El Diez references in the article - and there are several others available online). While it's unclear whether the Honduran league is fully-pro, he made a significant contribution to his side's runners-up finish and did well enough in one year to earn a transfer to Santos Laguna.
