Non-notable organization; fails WP:NCORP. I was unable to find significant coverage in independent reliable sources; there are a few mentions of the location, but not of the organization. Despite the edit summary, this is not a copyvio (CSD G12), as potentially infringing text is not present in the article, though the creator has an apparent conflict of interest, and so I would recommend draftification if not deletion. This is borderline eligible for A7, though not unambiguous (possible historical significance is not to be overlooked immediately); previous deletions have occurred under A7/G12 (not sure if content is the same) and the page has been recreated by the same account.
