- Delete, does not meet WP:GNG for a standalone article, a gsearch brings up the usual government announcements/local news about upgrades ( like this), mentions about games played there (like this, and this), being closed due to covid does not make a facility wikinotable; is this even strictly correct - see this council media release that does not specifically list this oval, some words in a (as yet not there) "Facilities" section at Narromine including referring to the Concept Plan for the oval might be okay.
