Contested prod on the fatuous grounds that the nominator doesnt know what goes on in kuwait. Aside from that utter irrelevance, the Derby has only been played once, clearly a non notable rivalry per WP:NRIVALRY. No indication of significant reliable coverage to satisfy WP:GNG.
