Please note that this article has been tagged as a concern for over 7 years now. It appears to contain a lot of original research and a lot of the content is just routine coverage of matches played between these two sides. Also see WP:NRIVALRY; rivalries, even if they do exist, are not inherently notable and still need to meet the wider scope of WP:GNG. I can't find any references about this supposed rivalry at all apart from the odd Facebook page etc. Interestingly, these two teams are not even anywhere near each other (one is in Tripoli and the other is in Benghazi) so I can't see how it could be called a 'derby'.   • Delete - fails WP:NRIVALRY, no evidence of GNG. Simply because two teams play each other regularly does not create a de facto rivalry. Even if there is a rivalry, it has to be demonstrated that this has received significant, reliable coverage as a notion in itself, not simply the synthesis of a series of match reports.
