Delete -
WP:NFOOTBALL explicitly rules out youth football as a source of notability, and he does not meet
WP:GNG.

Delete/Comment - would the Nigeria Football Federation Cup be considered professional? I know the top division of Nigerian football is considered professional per
Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Fully professional leagues. However I am still leaning twords delete as Afolabi Timothy plays in the third division (not professional). Also according to the article he got injured before he could play any competitive matches at youth level. As per
UltraExactZZ's comment the article can always be recreated in the future if and when subject meets the notability requirements.

Delete - Fails
NFOOTY as has not played or managed senior international football nor played or managed in a
fully professional league. No indication that subject has garnered significant reliable coverage for any other achievements to satisfy
GNG.
