Since the previous PROD has been contested, PROD is improper. Ministerboy said: No reference support this article I think this article fails WP:GNG. So I nominated this AfD, thanks! Hhhhhkohhhhh ( talk) 12:58, 18 February 2018 (UTC) reply

  • Delete - Fails NFOOTY as has not played or managed senior international football nor played or managed in a fully professional league. No indication that subject has garnered significant reliable coverage for any other achievements to satisfy GNG. Essentially a BLPPROD in its current state anyway. Needs sourcing to categorically show he at least passes NFOOTY. Fenix down ( talk) 12:48, 19 February 2018 (UTC) reply
  • Note - Article was created in 2009 when the player was with Nakhon Pathom FC while the team was in the fully professional Thai Premier League. We will need a source to show a match played, but this isn't as blatant violation of WP:NFOOTY as it looks. Its just a poorly sourced article that if we can find some Thailand league match data, we would be able to properly source. The issue is sources will be from 9 years ago, and nearly all of them will be in Thai. WikiVirus C (talk) 17:07, 19 February 2018 (UTC) reply
@ Lerdsuwa: can you confirm from the cache page your referenced earlier [1], if อภิศักดิ์ คงอ่อน is the correct Thai spelling for this person's name? If so this can be used as a reference for a game played. ( Nakhon Pathom FC vs Provincial Electricity Authority FC while both were in the fully professional Thai Premier League.) Listed with the players who played in the game and mentioned in article about clearing the ball. Google Translate puts name as Kongsod in one spot, and just Kong in another, but same Thai spelling in original for each spot. If you or another Thai speaker could please confirm if this is him please. WikiVirus C (talk) 23:36, 20 February 2018 (UTC) reply
@ WikiVirusC: The correct Thai spelling for Adisak is อดิศักดิ์, the second letter is different. อภิศักดิ์ is Apisak. There is 2 possible explanations, the first is they are twins as a website lists Apisak to have the same birthdate [2]. The second explanation is that when one changes his name (which is believe to bring better luck) people may call him with both names. I believe this is the case because everywhere I search can only find one player with Kong-on on Nakhon Pathom team. This news about a Division 1 game is quite puzzling: [3] The article started with Apisak Kong-on as starter for Samut Songkram, then at 2nd minute mentioned Adisak, then at 20th minute mentioned Apisak, at 56th minute mentioned Adisak. Then later in the game, the opposing team Chiangmai F.C. substituted a player Adisak Ganu into the game adding more confusion. The player list of the team Samut Songkram for the same season [4] listed him as Apisak Kong-on and no other players named Apisak nor Adisak in the team. -- Lerdsuwa ( talk) 11:28, 21 February 2018 (UTC) reply
Well, a bit more difficult to narrow down than I thought. Will keep looking around. Thanks for the explanation. WikiVirus C (talk) 11:39, 21 February 2018 (UTC) reply
