- Strong keep, maybe rename. I found several sources on this disaster, but sometimes under a different name (Hunza-Pattan earthquake, Pattan earthquake). It seems like a significant event historically and from a seismology perspective:
- "In 1974, Hunza-Pattan earthquake is another landmark devastating earthquake in the history of Pakistan"
- 16-page field report on it: The Pattan (Pakistan) earthquake of 28 December 1974: field observations
- Detailed tectonic analysis: Fault-plane solution and tectonic implications of the Pattan, Pakistan earthquake of December 28, 1974
- There is a full UNESCO report that is frequently cited but I can't find it online: Ambraseys NN. The Pattan earthquake of 28 December 1974. (1975).
- There are also citations to studies of this earthquake: [1] [2]

- Comment from nominator It may well be a notable event, but I haven't been able to access or find many sources for it. If sources could be found I would be able to expand the article. If someone could find 2-3 easily accessible sources for it , it would be possible for me to expand it and cite it sufficiently. RealKnockout ( talk) 23:10, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
