Konstantinos Papadakis (born 1972; Heraklion, Crete, Greece ^[1]) is a Greek pianist. He has received the Golden Medal of superior talent. He has performed in worldwide major concert halls such as Carnegie Hall and Wigmore Hall. He studied with Anthony di Bonaventura at Boston University. Three years later, he was invited to join the piano faculty at Boston University and he was appointed as a "Samuel Barber" Artist in Residence at West Chester University of PA. The Boston Globe has described him as "One of the greatest hopes of music". ^[1]

Government Engineering college, Thiruvananthapuram was established in 1999 in the picturesque Barton Hill located right in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city. Comment in [2] you can get detailled information about the R32C/111 including a short data sheet. You cannot yet order big quantities of the device, but samples are available. The addition of only the first reference of R32C would complete the Renesas product family and provide the important information that the R32C is code compatible with the M32C/M16C family (not obvious, but can be found in [3] ). Peripheral devices known by users of the R8C/M16C/M32C are also found in the R32C.

alt track are an experimental, electronic and ambient group from Bradford and Skipton, United Kingdom comprising of two members, Micky Dey and Pete Williams.

Playing together only for one year, they've performed across the UK many times, are currently booking a full-scale UK tour, have released a four track debut EP entitled 'A Nation is on Fire' in February, from which half of all takings were giving to charity, and are now planning their debut album.

History

Michael and Pete came together musically when they were both in two different local bands, 'The Deed Poll' (www.myspace.com/thedeedpoll), and Filament. Feeling unhappy with their creative input and the direction of these groups, they sought to being something fresh and new. Micky began a solo page on the website www.myspace.com, where small, lo-fi demos were uploaded. While playing together at a venue in Skipton, they met for the first time, had a drunken evening of conversation, and decided to form together, to create the two-piece that would later be known as 'alt track'

EP production

The production of their debut EP 'A Nation is on Fire' saw them re-record past demos that had been converted into a live experience in the months before this. Going into the studio with Micky's brother, and recording at home, sessions were intended to be relaxed, but tensions caused difficulties and strain on the recording period, deadlines were missed, but thankfully production didn't suffer. The EP consists of the built-up, repetetive, dirty fatness of 'Pedestrianised', with its haunting piano melody, 'A Nation is on Fire', a political rant performed over a constant bass line, the heavy and crashing 'Lazarus' with its twisting, disjointed rhythms and Rachmaninoff-esque piano solo, and the sheerly minimal and 'nothingness' of 'The End', performed as a solo voice and piano.

Live Performances

After having played more than 40 gigs over a period of less than a year, the band has become instantly recognisable by their live experience, with the set-up of laptops, synthesisers, keyboards, guitars, samples and voices used to create as much havoc and sound on-stage as possible. Performances are most distinctive by the contrasting nature of the sets, much similar to the contrast across their EP.

Influences/Political Views

The lyrical content of the songs range from issues such as injustice, equality, drug culture, the world and the philosophies of religion, spirituality, life and death. The band are extremely vocal about the inequalities taking place in countries such as Tibet, and have been frequently known to hang a Free-Tibet flag from their stands as a silent protest.

Yelps are a band from the city of Wolverhampton. They have recently completed there first UK tour and released one single called P.E.O.P.L.E back in November last year on 1965 records. The single received a great deal of airplay by both Zayne Lowe and Steve Lamacq, then followed a radio one maida vale session and a 6 music live session. Radio 1 and 6 Music dj Steve Lamacq named the song in his top three debut releases of 2007, as well as the track winning Zayne Lowes fresh meat track of the week.

Diamond Dan is an infamous NC DOT employee known mostly for outbursts of rage, wrecking state equipment and property, hours of childish video game play on an over priced and underperforming laptop, and causing general discomfort among fellow employees.

Story

Dan is also noted for an off an on relationship with a psychotic woman whos identity has never been completely revealed. Days after swearing he would dump her, two DOT employees spotted him at a shopping mall with said girlfriend. Upon further examination, it was evident that Dan was shopping for an engagement ring. After word broke out, Dan Jones officially became known as Diamond Dan.

During the summer of 2005, three presigious DOT employees were assigned to Diamond Dan's location at the Information Technology warehouse. Dan immediately took charge of the situation, taking an unsolicited role as leader and boss. Dan's most noted characteristics were: giving unclear directions, sharing his opinion on politics without being asked, and assigning his work to the equally compensated interns. Jealousy soon became evident when the interns we assigned an office with a television. In a fit of rage, Diamond Dan attempted (in vain) to seal said office door. However, the interns were too preoccupied with their duties in the office to retaliate.

Other Names

While Diamond Dan is officially known as Daniel Jones on his paycheck, he has other nicknames such as Danbearpig and DEEZ (a name he gave himself presumably in an attempt to seem "thug". However, this name was short lived as fellow employees refused to utter such a rediculous name especially one that usually followed "nuts" i.e. DEEZ nuts.)

Game engine

The game engine is full 3D and includes a Day/Night cycle, level of detail correction, shadows, bloom, and rag-doll physics. Thousands of characters on screen are promised, which can ride, walk and swim, as well as being able to negotiate fortifications, such as walled fortresses etc.

Naval and siege battles, corpse looting, and a full economic model are built in to an a engine which takes care of micromanagement of the economy.. ^[3]

Gameplay

Story driven single player, and multiplayer modes are both planned. The game is primarily a RTS with micromanagement automatically handled by the computer. Games focus around the construction of a home city, with a variety of objectives.

Races

Orcs, men, elves and dragons are the four playable races. ^[4]

Singleplayer

The single player campaign can be played from the point of view of any of the races, and centres around the story of a young noble from each of the races.. ^[5]

Multiplayer

The primary multiplayer mode centres on base building and conquest, up to 8 players can be active at one time. An alternative MMORTS (Massively multiplayer online realtime strategy) mode is also planned which allows players to transfer their assets from previous matches forward to other games. A skill matching system will also be included - pitting players against opponents with similar skill levels based on previous matches.. ^[6]

Development

Originally scheduled for a release in the first quarter of 2007 the release date is now expected to be 2008. ^[7]

Numerous screenshots have been released ^{[8] [9]} as well as a trailer ^{[10] [11]}, a game play trailer has also been released ^[12] Members of the developement team have been giving minor reports about changes and improvements to the game as well as the expected release date, beta tests, and possible mimimum system requirements on the PC via the forums on the games main site.

Joseph Osman (born October 15, 1982 in Honolulu, Hawaii) is an American professional basketball player currently with Al-Ahli club in Dubai Sports League.

He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and attended Seneca High School in Louisville, Kentucky.[1]

Osman was a student at the University of Louisville through 2003 where he majored in finance. He transferred from Florida Southern College to walk on at the UofL, but suffered an ankle injury and finished his undergraduate and master's degree at the University of Louisville. He went on to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School.

He went undrafted in the 2004 NBA Draft, and signed with Al Ohod in Saudia Arabia. He scored 54 points in a single game at Al Wahda and set a KSA record for most points scored in a single season contest. He made several trips to Afghanistan to help encourage basketball in his native country after decades of war and was given permanent entry status to Afghanistan. After a full season, he transferred again to Dubai to Al Ahli in 2006.
