I'm not familiar with the SPI process so as the blocking admin I thought it'd be easiest to come straight to you. TheriusRooney was blocked in March 2021, and you blocked their sock TheriusBuzz in October 2021 (which didn't require an investigation). Now we have TheriusSafari94 who is editing the exact same articles, and uses the same username pattern. They have already made a new account I am 99% sure: /info/en/?search=Special:Contributions/KarymBorny also seems to be using IP's to bypass their block, but that account is the obvious one in use currently. Hi, i am not 100% sure, but i think " User:RDKKR" is copy-pasting from internet or from Sengupta, Subodh Chandra and Bose, Anjali, Sansad Bangali Charitabhidhan (Biographical dictionary), Vol I. E.g. see [1], [2]. First i thought they are translating from bnwiki, then i saw Draft:Snehamoy_Dutt#Death "He under-took radiation therapy treatmelit both in Calcutta and UK but to no avail. Dear MER-C,

I am writing regarding the "draft-Herman Parret". Together with bolliwiki (Semir Badir) we've made some changes on this page that has been blocked. We understand your concerns regarding "self-promotion" but we would like to assure you that Herman Parret has no such interests with this page. Bolliwiki & I are his former students and we have also contributed to his Dutch and French wiki-pages. I did the Dutch page and bolliwiki did the French one. Herman Parret is a 83 year old emeritus professor of philosophy so there is no "self-promotion" involved. Because he is a senior of this science of language, we thought of summing up his work with these pages in the 3 main languages in which he published throughout his life.

What happened is that bolliwiki and I gave all the info on Herman Parret to Oesalzity in order to set up the page because we don't know much about how this system works. The only thing Oesalzity did is set up the information on the given page. The proof is that this information is very similar to our Dutch and French wiki's on Herman Parret on which Bolliwiki and I worked and which have been approved.

I see you were recently active at Wikipedia:Copyright problems; would you be able to explain the process to Fritzmann2002? I recently listed one of their articles due to concerns that it was close paraphrasing rising to the level of copyright violation, but the process is not clear to me, and it does not appear that it is clear to Fritzmann either - in particular, I cannot find the forum where these issues are discussed?

( talk page stalker) @ BilledMammal: An article is listed, and then the community can offer input for the first 5 days. Each day has a listing, so the article you listed will always be at WP:Copyright problems/2022 February 13. Most listed articles are only actioned after 5 days have passed, or if infringement is to the levels of G12, deleted upon discovery. During this period, anyone can rewrite infringing material as provided by the "rewrite" link. If no rewrite appears to be proposed or in progress, usually after 5-7 days a clerk or admin removes the infringing material and revdels if needed. I hope this explains the process a bit better. I think that WT:Copyright problems may be a good place to discuss any issues, but the board has a relatively low amount of watchers either way. I'm so grateful for the admins and editors who address copyright problems, it must be hard at times to see progress with all of the pages that get tagged for copyright issues. The third source hxxps://web.archive.org/web/20101229231204/ http://www.classicaltv.com/v1044/aziza-mustafa-zadeh is also likely a backwards copy because the text was inserted in 2006. Hello, my colleague was instructed to create a Wiki page for a professor at out university and created a draft page entitled with his name (Kostas Kostarelos). Her draft was deleted by you in May 2020 due to copyright infringement. I have been tasked with creating a page for him now, but when I try and create a new draft, it says to get in touch with you first. Am I able to go ahead and create a new draft? Are you able to tell us which part specifically was breaching copyright rules? This sort of thing is not only intellectually dishonest, it's also obviously promotional in violation of WP:NOTADVERTISING. What I'm most concerned about is your assertion that you "have been tasked with creating a page for him"; Wikipedia is a private entity and your supervisor has no authority to order anything here. Please read Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. Since you have this conflict of interest you are not permitted to perform this editing. I have no confidence you would ever be able to write an acceptable draft. I would suggest that you post to our reward board to ask our editing community to write it for you for a small reward. @ Edwardx: I reran today to test the new additions for false positives and found a sock of UA85 that was autopatrolled ( Pk303). Hi MER-C, Several months ago an IP from a long established sock-farm took on to open ANI thread against me for some valid self-cites. The behavior looks close to what has been recently at the Ghalib article. At the Asir Adrawi talk page, I just answered the IP-aspersions about why the subject is a notable one, and why the sources aren't self-published and blogs. Since, one of my own articles is cited in the article is cited under WP:SELFCITE, I request you to remove the notability/unreliable sources tag, based on my response. I've been asked to comment on a discussion at Talk:Super Soco#Article tag where a strongly probable paid editor is having a discussion with Hatchens over the nature of their edits. A somewhat wordy AfD closed with no consensus, and the creating editor is arguing for removal of the UPE banner, and has removed it.

There is some consideration of canvassing for that AfD

Rather than making ANI the next port of call I am hoping for you or a talk page stalker of yours to take an uninvolved look and consider what the correct route is, based on your long experience of handling paid editing.
