Happy editing! Peaceray ( talk) 15:47, 16 September 2023 (UTC)
Hello! And welcome to Wikipedia! I know you are a brand new editor and probably do not yet understand that we don't add links to sites that sell things. This is because we are an encyclopedia, not a marketing or advertising or promotional website. I noticed that you added links to multiple articles on the Roma/Romani people to a book by Becky Taylor that link directly to a site where readers can buy her book. I wanted to let you know that I will be removing that content. Do you happen to have a connection with Ms. Taylor? Netherzone ( talk) 21:29, 17 September 2023 (UTC)
Hello again, I saw that you added content to Indigenous metal music with a link to a third party "source" that clearly states "buy this article". Please be more careful about adding proper sources, rather than links to places to buy the sources. WP is not a commercial endeavor. Have you read the essay itself or just the abstract? Try going directly to the book, article or essay (for example on Google Books). Thank you. Netherzone ( talk) 13:43, 18 September 2023 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Heavy metal music, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Please don't introduce your own ideas into Wikipedia. Wikipedia is supposed to be a summary of published thought, not a platform for new thought. Binksternet ( talk) 03:33, 18 September 2023 (UTC)
See Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Music#Lists which says:
This is the second time you have added the band I Don't Konform to Wikipedia. Please write the article first before adding them. Binksternet ( talk) 13:22, 18 September 2023 (UTC)

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review
the candidates and submit your choices on the
voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{
