Non-free files like File:Black Air Force Activity 1 album cover.jpg are not allowed to be used in drafts per WP:NFCC#9 and WP:DRAFTS#Preparing drafts. The file has been removed three times from the draft by a bot which has left an edit summary explaining this, but you've re-added each time. I've removed the file yet again; so, please don't re-add it until after the draft has been approved as an article. If the file happens to be deleted before the draft is approved as an article, don't worry because it's not gone forever. Deleted files are still on Wikipedia's servers and can be easily restored by a Wikipedia administrator by posting a request at WP:REFUND. If you weren't aware of any of this and just kept re-adding the file by mistake, that's OK.
