Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Dominic Solanke. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Bennv3771 ( talk) 13:21, 2 January 2018 (UTC) reply

I have no clue what this is from as I did not edit this individual's Wikipedia page and don't even know who he is. 148.252.129.46 ( talk) 02:59, 7 January 2024 (UTC) reply

Information icon Hello, I'm JC7V7DC5768. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. the other issues your edit had which needs to be cleaned up is that it had improper grammar JC7V -constructive zone 23:27, 18 August 2018 (UTC) reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Steven Nzonzi. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Mattythewhite ( talk) 23:29, 18 August 2018 (UTC) reply

Not sure why this was sent to me as I don't edit pages. Only just recently did my first edit and saw that I was wrong and went back on to change it but it was already changed. Please remove this from my warnings. 148.252.129.46 ( talk) 03:01, 7 January 2024 (UTC) reply

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to American English, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Using multiple IPs does not change anything. You do not have consensus to remove this. Meters ( talk) 06:38, 5 September 2020 (UTC) reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on American English; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Again, please wait for talk page consensus. You do not get to leave your opinion on the talk page and then restore your contested edit without consensus. Meters ( talk) 19:42, 5 September 2020 (UTC) reply

If these warnings do not apply to your actions, you may disregard them. IPs can be shared so we have no way of knowing who is operating one at any given moment. Please follow the advice given in the message immediately above. 331dot ( talk) 10:07, 7 February 2024 (UTC) reply
