I see that you've declared your COI here by disclosing that your employer is paying you to edit Wikipedia, but I'm going to give you some advice:
- You must disclose who is paying you to edit, and if possible, the employer's client.
- Avoid editing articles about yourself, your employer or any affected articles that you might have a COI, but you can propose changes on the talk pages of said "affected articles".
- You should put new articles through the Articles for Creation (AfC) process instead of creating them directly, and avoid reviewing affected articles at AfC; let someone else do it.
- You should respect other editors by keeping discussions concise.

- Do I need to add my pastor personal name instead of the business name? just to make sure I got it right.
- Also, COI means conflict of interest right? The article I am editing is just updating the church name, which is outdated, and adding a few more relevant information about the church and its events, there's no polemics nor anything else that might be a COI
