If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see
Referencing for beginners, or ask at the
help desk. Once you have provided at least one
reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can
request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. --Non-Dropframetalk 08:06, 8 May 2015 (UTC)reply
You may want to consider using the
Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on
Fequiere Lucien requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under
section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the
criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about
what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by
visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with
Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.

Speedy deletion nomination of Volo volo de Boston
Hello Fakehair,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged
Volo volo de Boston for deletion, because it seems to be
promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited
Volo Volo de Boston, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page
Haitian (

fix with Dab solver). Such links are
usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the

This submission's references do not show that the subject

reliable,
secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the

Good afternoon Bearcat, hope you are well today. I definitely can use your assistance. The sources I cited are from reliable source coverage from real media outlets i.e The Haitian Music Archives, Music of Haiti Archives, peoplepill.com etc.

Hello Theroadislong, hope you are well. I did reply to you half an hour ago. But i dont think you saw my message just yet. I really need your help with the draft: Fequiere Lucien....
Your recent article submission to
Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by S0091 was:
Outside of Opa Music, none of the cited sources mention Féquière Lucien (and should it be Lucien Féquière?). Being a member of a notable band does not make an individual musician notable. In-depth coverage about him is needed.

Hi Fakehair, I know you have put in a lot of effort into the article but I am not seeing how he meets notability. None of the sources cited are useful, honestly, If there is no in-depth coverage about him as an individual by multiple sources, an article is not possible. I just do not want you to waste your time (and as important the time of others).
S0091 (
talk) 17:54, 14 October 2022 (UTC)reply
Hello S0091, hope all is well with you. I read your comment earlier. According to the Wiki's guideline that I read on the subject of notability, all that is required is at least one reliable source. All of the references can be about both the band and the singer. In fact, the singer is not just a member. He is the principal and sole owner. Based on your comment therefore, I may conclude that Facebook is notable but Mark Zuckerberg may or may not be notable. Thanks
Fakehair (
talk) 21:23, 14 October 2022 (UTC)reply
Notability is not inherited and please also see
WP:BANDMEMBER. You have misinterpreted the guidelines. You are correct that sources may write about both but in-depth coverage from multiple sources about the subject is required, in this case Fequiere Lucien. Facebook is poor comparison in this instance because much has been written about Zuckerberg, but yes, there are notable companies whose CEOs or founders are not notable, likewise notable bands whose members are not notable. You can disagree but it does not make what I am telling you any less true. The draft has been declined now several times. Continuing to resubmit it without relevant improvement showing notability will lead to the draft being rejected, meaning it will not longer be considered.

Good evening scope_creep; hope all is well. I read your comment on thee above draft. Thank you for your comment: " It is more than borderline notable....I appreciate that. However, I did not understand your other comment: "Some of the tracks are streamed somewhat heavily..." Can you share some ideas on what that means exactly so I can correct it...
