I moved the above from User talk:69.6.162.160 which now redirects to this page. If you have any problem with any of this, say something and I'll change it to what you feel is appropriate. Thanks for joining the Wikipedia community. Communication is really important. So I also added a subsection to Template talk:Flu to tell peaople what's going on. Take care. See you around the 'pedia! I can not imagine your reasoning behind this. WAS 4.250 06:17, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

Hi. Thanks for the contribution, but it is not suitable for the Wasp article - it belongs on the Vespid article, and I have moved it there. Peace, Dyanega 22:57, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Brian, Can I get your assistance on the FairTax article. The article is being attacked with NPOV banners, FA reviews, etc. I think we need another voice. Morphh (talk) 0:39, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
I'll take a look at the dispute later tonight, sure. -- Cielomobile talk / contribs 21:09, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
I saw your comment about towns and cities and incorporation on a talk page that I have watchlisted. I am not exactly sure how Texas settlements are set up but in Illinois there are three types of municipal incorporation, village, town and city. For the Illinois Wikiproject we have categorized them according to their legal status as municipalities. Thus, Category:Cities in Illinois, Category:Towns in Illinois and Category:Villages in Illinois. Now as far as unincorporated communities we had a lengthy discussion about this and in the end decided to add them to Category:Unincorporated communities in Illinois. Since they are each wholly different entities we figured that was the most logical way to do it. The parent category is Category:Settlements in Illinois. Hope that helps. It's just that talking about trillions of dollars somehow boggles my mind. I am probably dating myself, but I remember when a $billion was a huge amount! Normxxx —Preceding unsigned comment added by Normxxx ( talk • contribs) 01:30, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
Will do. I think the secret of why Wikipedia is evolving in the right direction and most of the troglodytes give up is just that everyone eventually tires of re-re-reading the same old stuff. Brian, I was thinking of archiving the discussion that we had on the subject in the Reagan Discussion page, simply because it seems concluded, and you and I were the only participants. It would be nice to moe the block of convo there to maintain some continuity with the rest of the talk. It's so fun to try to reason with Reaganaut True Believers like Spoon and Paul - how do you argue that the sun is in fact warm when they argue that it is simply too cold in space for the sun to be warm at all. Where do all these people come from? - Arcayne (cast a spell) 05:12, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
Er, were you referring to the trimming down and refocusing of the main article, or the DR stuff? - Arcayne (cast a spell) 22:18, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
I noticed on this map [2] showed Cottle county and others to have area code 940. I'm certain that Cottle county and others nearby have the 817 area code, though I'm not sure about where one starts and the other ends, but this map [3] may be a little closer to what it really is. I don't see anything that looks like a category on that article: you're sure you not thinking of either external or internal links? You do have to remove the 'uncat' tag explicitly -- it's not programmed to self-destruct, or anything so ingenious as that. At a rough guess, I'd imagine you might want Category:Universities and colleges in Texas, and perhaps a "by-county" category. Let me know if I can help further (ideally at my own talk page, if you would). Alai 02:57, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
On the title: if the full name is just "Clarendon College", and the "Texas" is just there for disambiguation, perhaps it should be at Clarendon College (Texas). If it's an optional but sometimes used descriptor, perhaps Clarendon College, Texas. If the two colleges are roughly equally prominent, the same is perhaps true of the Jamaican one, and Clarendon College should be a disambig. Alai 05:03, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Brian Pearson, as a fellow dedicated editor I am asking you to watchlist and contribute to the discussions going on at Talk:Ronald Reagan. There's an issue of Reagan's nicknames - "The Great Communicator" and "the teflon president" - being mentioned but more specifically the style/tone/prose. You can see it in the second paragraph at Ronald Reagan#Popularity. Then there's the issue of Reagan's Cold War legacy, part I here and part II here. Any contributions are greatly apprecited. Thanks, Happyme22 ( talk) 06:03, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
Hi,
I need your help. I am working on a research project at Boston College, studying creation of medical information on Wikipedia. You are being contacted, because you have been identified as an important contributor to one or more articles.
Would you will be willing to answer a few questions about your experience? We've done considerable background research, but we would also like to gather the insight of the actual editors. Details about the project can be found at the user page of the project leader,
geraldckane. Survey questions can be found at
geraldckane/medsurvey. Your privacy and confidentiality will be strictly protected!
The questions should only take a few minutes. I hope you will be willing to complete the survey, as we do value your insight. Please do not hesitate to contact me or Professor Kane if you have any questions.
Thank You, BCeagle0312 ( talk) 16:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on
