The 2026 Auburn, Alabama municipal election will be held on 25 August 2026, to elect members of the city council and mayor. [1]

Election information

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Lived in Auburn for at least 90 days prior to election.
  • (Council only) – Lived in the district they are contesting for at least 90 days prior to election.
  • Be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Be a registered voter. [2]
