My name is Alan Walker, I'm a 30 year old business consultant who lives in Dundas, Ontario, Canada. Dundas has been my home base for the entirety of my life. I held a secondary residence in Kitchener-Waterloo while I was studying Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo. As I engage in my work, I often hold secondary residences near my place of business.

I prefer windows as my workstation, linux as my server. I grew up in the age of BBS and the 2400 baud pstn modem. While I have some programming experience, my computer expertise is more focussed in the area of systems design and project management.

Politically I promote transparency of government. I seek different qualities in the municipal, provincial and federal politicians I support. I enjoy a good argument, but have little patience for opponents who strive to appeal to fear and greed as opposed to logic.
