Torkaman ( Persian: تركمان) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Torkaman Rural District of the Central District of Urmia County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran. [4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 171 in 40 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 394 people in 117 households. [6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 123 people in 38 households. [2]
