The Order is an upcoming American crime thriller film directed by Justin Kurzel and written by Zach Baylin, based on the 1989 non-fiction book The Silent Brotherhood by Kevin Flynn and Gary Gerhardt, about the white supremacist group The Order that was active in the United States in the 1980s. It stars Jude Law, Nicholas Hoult, and Tye Sheridan.
An Idaho-based FBI agent (Law) spots a pattern in recent bank robberies, counterfeiting operations and armored car heists terrorizing communities across the Pacific Northwest. He sets out to prove it is not the work of a traditional organized crime unit, but a radical group with a charismatic leader Robert Jay Mathews (Hoult). [1]
