Yes, I've included both of those. I think the template may need some reorganisation as it becomes more culturally-focussed. As a minority rights worker, I tend to be more biased towards the legal, political and social aspects of the Roma (and any other minorities) rather than the cultural aspects; if you want to add culturally-related articles about the Roma in the template, you're welcome to do so, since I'm less well informed in this domain. Lautari is not a Roma word! Lautari means in Romania those people that are signing to the instrument known as "lauta". And there might be a band named like that but it seems to be miss-used.
Since there are at least two more countries that have similar number of Roma people we should also present them here. All that is under Romas in Romania should be for Slovakia, Serbia and Monte-Negro.
