Nigej, just wondering what the reasoning would be to remove EurAsia Cup and PGA Cup from the section. Thanks. Randy Kryn ( talk) 13:33, 23 December 2018 (UTC) reply

I can see your possible reasoning, and removed them again pending discussion. Would the World Cup fit this section or in the same rankings as the other two? Randy Kryn ( talk) 13:43, 23 December 2018 (UTC) reply
The World Cup should be in, in my view. I would have added it if I'd noticed. Nigej ( talk) 13:59, 23 December 2018 (UTC) reply
As to the EurAsia Cup it seems to me that it's just like many other pro inter-continental or intra-continental events. Royal Trophy comes to mind, Lexus Cup, Seve Trophy, countless others too. As to the PGA Cup. Although I have an interest in it personally, it seems to me that it get almost no media coverage. I know the 2 PGAs are very keen on it but it's just club pros most of whom are relatively unknown. Personally I would regard the Eisenhower Trophy (World Amateur Team Championship) as something that stands out from the crowd. I know most of the competitors nowadays are unknowns too, but at least quite a few will be the known pros of the future. Anyway, thanks for adding the ladies: omission on my part. Good explanation, thanks. The World Cup does seem like'd fit, please add it if you haven't as yet. Randy Kryn ( talk) 14:03, 23 December 2018 (UTC) reply
p.s. went ahead and added World Cup. Randy Kryn ( talk) 16:42, 23 December 2018 (UTC) reply
