I renamed this template before being reminded that Elizabeth II is Queen of other states/countries as well as the UK. I've posted a query

State Visits section in the table for Elizabeth II in Further Reading needs to be updated to reflect additional receptions of the Queen, e.g. the Donald Trump visit in 2019, etc.
