Unclear scope/becoming a dumping-ground
The stated topic is "chemical warfare | incapacitation | riot control". Many of the chemicals here (especially ones added recently are indeed very toxic. But their articles do not demonstrate that they have been used (or studied to be used) as any of those sorts of agents. I'm not yet sure how far back we need to go to get a clean version, but it's more than simply removing or {{cn}}-tagging one or two entries.
