An editor has deleted the reference to the following citation:
http://www.haaretz.com/business/veolia-pulling-out-of-transit-contracting-sectors-in-israel-1.400458
He made a reference to a discussion that is taking place on a separate talk page. But the issues are not the same. I maintain that the above article is relevant here. It is relevant to mention that a reputable Israeli newspaper suggested in December 2011 that Veolia's decision to withdraw from certain transport businesses in Israel may be due to political pressure.

Move and update
The company is now known as Transdev. The article needs to be merged.

Propose merging Transdev S.A. into this article. It is the same organisation, just with Veolia merged into it in 2013. Having separate articles is
WP:CONTENTFORKING.

Oppose, not true, Transdev S.A. merged with Veolia to form Veolia Transdev, a completely new entity. Veolia did not merge into Transdev. Marcnut1996 (

Oppose as both articles are lengthy enough as it is, I don't think a merge would be beneficial.
