Articles about athletes regularly contain information about suspensions and other wrongdoings. This is neither libelous or defamatory, but well within Wikipedia policy as long as the information is well sourced and presented in a neutral way (see WP:BLP and WP:NPOV). Somebody in Utah, using dynamic IPs, has been trying to remove the information about the tampering and the following suspension for months, against consensus, and referring to some nonexisting Wikipedia rule.
