The port seems to be part of the city of Roscoff -

I can accept that the port could be a separate article, if there is enough to say about the port, but much of this current article is unsourced history, which, if it can be sourced, should be in the Roscoff article.
However, what we definitely do not want, is two identical articles
Port of Roscoff-Bloscon and
Port of Bloscon-Roscoff. Please choose one name for the article and make the other title into a redirect. Arjayay (
