"The" seems to be back in except for the web tab summary. Both the header and the footer have "The". My suggestion is to drop the whole thing as not noteworthy

ATS: Perhaps this is minor, but I'm really obsessive over citing newspapers by their exact name; the "The" appears to have returned. See
their website. Should we move it back?
