I doubt that the picture is of Kalaniopu'u. He was described by Captain James King (first officer to Captain James Cook) as a feeble old man. This might be his son, Kiwala'o. I propose removing the picture.

The title is "A Chief of the Sandwich Islands." We have no grounds to even guess that it might be his son Kiwala'o since there were a handful of chiefs of that age which met Cook and King on their visit. It should be removed.--
