There are at least two journals which currently have the title Hermes:
In light of this, it is wrong for "Hermes (journal)" to be a hard redirect to one that doesn't currently use that title. There is far too much opportunity for confusion, particularly for editors making links from article bibliographies. Neither journal is massively more prominent than the other, so WP:NOPRIMARY applies, and this should be a disambiguation page between the three, not a redirect.
